Considérez comment croissent les lis: ils ne travaillent ni ne filent; cependant je vous dis que Salomon même, dans toute sa gloire, n'a pas été vêtu comme l'un d'eux. Si Dieu revêt ainsi l'herbe qui est aujourd'hui dans les champs et qui demain sera jetée au four, à combien plus forte raison ne vous vêtira-t-il pas, gens de peu de foi?



KJV :

Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more (will he clothe) you, O ye of little faith?
